much labor costs!

FINANCING FOR EVERYONE...

...AT SIMPLE INTEREST

Do you know that more than 2800 families who thought they couldn't afford a new
home are now living in beautiful new Capp-Homes, thanks to easy financing plans.
Many thousands more Capp-Homes have been financed for all kinds of home
owners: young and old, large family and small, rich and poor! In all the years
Capp-Homes has been in business, not one Capp-Home owner has defaulted on a
mortgage! There are cases where families without any down payment were able to
buy a Capp-Home. Think of that!

We have faith in our home buyers . . . and they have faith in us!

For a small down payment you can get THE CAPP-HOME PURCHASE PLAN

— arranged with a leading National Bank. This unique plan offers you security
while making it easy for you to own your Capp-Home. Here's what you get:

1. Financing up to 10 years for your complete Capp-Home. (See specifications
on pages 56 and 57.) The plan requires only a small down payment. You pay
the balance in minimum amounts each month, like rent. Special arrangements
can be made, for those who must pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

2. Simple interest rates, the same as at a National Bank. The interest applies on
the monthly balance only during the actual use of borrowed funds. You can
refinance at any time at your local bank, for instance, without penalty charge.
Caution: Some companies charge interest in advance, costing you 3 times as
much. We don't.

3. Financing for the plumbing package, if desired.

4. Financing for the heating package, if desired.

5. Financing for the kitchen cabinets, if desired.

6. Credit-Life insurance, which covers you and your family for the life of the loan.

No Loan Difficulties — S & L firm —

"As closely as I can recall, we first financed one of your homes
in 1946. Since that time we have financed many other homes,
both on the conventional loan basis and FHA and Gl basis. At
no time have we ever had any difficulty with these loans, in fact,
we have many of our borrowers compliment you in the fine man-
ner in which they were treated. Just a week ago I had the oppor-
tunity to talk with one of your customers for whom you are now
building and he went out of the way to say what a favorable deal
he was getting through your company and how pleased he was."

WHY DOESN'T EVERYONE
BUY A CAPP-HOME?

Time after time, Capp-Home owners tell us that they just
can't understand why "everyone doesn't buy a Capp-Home."
Frankly, we don't understand it either! Capp-Homes offers
so much more for the money that a Capp-Home simply can
not be undersold. It's human nature to be doubtful, especially
about such an important step as a new home. All we at Capp-
Homes can say to this is

COMPARE CAPP-HOMES
WITH ANY AND ALL OTHERS

99 times out of 100 the person who takes the trouble to
check other homes feature for feature with Capp-Homes
chooses a Capp-Home! It's the person who doesn't bother
to look into the exclusive quality features and savings . . .
who doesn't compare! . . . that Capp-Homes can not con-
vince. So we say to you

DO NOT BE MISLED BY LOW ESTIMATES
AND FALSE CLAIMS

You deserve to know the exact cost and what
you get. Don't leave anything to guesswork.
Be sure you get a firm cost bid — not just an
estimate. Don't let anybody tell you "That
ought to cover it". Be sure and you won't be
sorry. Remember, if you deal with the lowest
bidder, you've got to add something for the
risk you take! And if you do that you will have
enough to pay for something better! Above all,
compare.

CAPP-HOMES

TAKES THE RISK OUT

OF BUILDING!

construction. We built the house in a new housing development
in Bismarck, N. D., and we found the materials to be equal to
or better than those used in the homes around us. Our contract
with you called for framing the house and roofing it, This work
was done quickly and in a workmanlike manner. Your Bismarck
representative gave us valuable guidance in completing the bal-
ance of the construction on the house, which we did ourselves.
He was also helpful in preparing the documents necessary for
completing the FHA loan."

THOUSANDS OF LETTERS TELL US . . .
"WE'RE GLAD AND THANKFUL WE BOUGHT A CAPP-HOME"

"We are very satisfied with the service and the
quality of your materials. We are very pleased
with our new home and feel sure that as construc-
tion is completed, our pleasure will increase. Our
house has been observed and admired by many
of the local populace and has undoubtedly served
as an excellent advertisement of the dependability
of your company! Thank you for your coopera-
tion — we are certainly on your list of 'satisfied
customers'."

Jens Nelson — Redig, South Dakota

"I am more than satisfied with the materials that
you furnished. The longer we live in our Capp-
Home the better we like it, especially when we
see so many homes being built with inferior qual-
ity materials which cost the builders much more
than similar homes that come from Capp. In fact,
if I had purchased the same material locally, it
would have cost me from $1000 to $1200 more.
At times like these when so many concerns try
to cut corners in their dealings, it is a pleasure to
have dealt with people who live up to their prom-
ises and contract to the letter. I also wish to thank
your representative for his advice and suggestions.
He came to us as a stranger but with his nice per-
sonality, I consider him a friend."

Martin Manning — Arcadia, Wisconsin

"Thank you so kindly. You have been so very
fair in all your dealings . . ."

R. C. Michel — Baraga, Michigan

"You might be interested to know that our Capp-
Home has been completed now for some time,
and have had many wonderful compliments from
our many friends. We ourselves are very well
satisfied with all the materials we received. We
have had several prospective builders here to
examine our Capp-Home and they have seemed
to be well satisfied, in fact one party has ordered
a Capp-Home and is now digging their basement."
Arne A. Autio — Cloquet, Minnesota

"We sure love our Capp-Home, especially these
winter months . . . It's very easy to heat. I kept
track of the heat bill . . . and it amounted to $4.29
a month for the 12-month period."

A. O. Nelson — Great Falls, Montana

"Just a note to let you know we are very much
pleased with the progress of the house. The lum-
ber and the workmanship is beyond what we ex-
pected. There are many watching and curious and
we have heard them say they didn't expect it to
be so well built and such good quality so I think
you have quite a few prospects." Later: "We are
very happy with our Capp-Home and enjoying
every inch of it. We have shown our home to
many people and several homes have been pur-
chased as a result."

Mrs. Elmer O. Olson — Ames, Iowa
